TNS Europe has provided another full turnkey solution for a small mail order/ telephone order company.

After an extensive consultation TNS Europe provided Gimmi PLC with a full turnkey solution, GIMMI was experiencing problems wwith there new broadband, and had no joy with their current provider, which lead to them cancelling the service.

As time was tight they needed to be online as soon as possible, TNS recieved the call and went to meet gimmi plc to explain our current offering.

Gimmi PLC decided to take a full turnkey solution, by having a managed traditional PABX and business grade broadband.

As Gimmi PLC wanted a future proof system, TNS decided that the NEC SL1100 was the best fit for their business, as it was scalable for them as the business grows, with the option of moving to Voip at some stage in the very near future, they decided they wanted a full auto attendant with voicemail and numerous extension.

For the broadband they wanted a fast broadband cnnection, as TNS is an O-Bit reseller TNS chose Surfwise Plus with QOS and a committed information rate so the broadband wouldnt need upgrading in the future when SIP trunks are added. The system and broadband was installed and handed over in less than 10 working days, giving Gimmi PLC 10 days before going live on their new internet online shop.
