Antheos decided to move to TNS Europe business solutions package and made the decision to have a VoIP solution with TNS Europe.

TNS provided an Annex M connection with QOS enabled and SIP trunks from O-Bit telecom, the solution was implemented using Draytek 2820 IPPBX and IP Softphones.

The solution provided a full mobile workforce without the expensive cost all staff can take calls wherever they are so increasing productivity and minimising costs.
